Return and Refund Policy


Please be aware that we do not provide cash refunds. If your item meets the following criteria, we will gladly offer you a credit refund. Our return and refund policy is valid for three days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot provide a credit refund or exchange.


Instances where we will issue a credit refund/exchange include, but are not limited to:

  • Missing items from your order
  • Defective items (e.g., wrong variant)
  • Failed delivery

To process a credit refund or exchange, we require photographic evidence of the defective or missing items in their original packaging. Additionally, please provide a photo of the paper invoice that was included with your order.

 

Returns (if applicable):

A "non-returnable" policy for meat delivery typically means that once the meat products have been delivered to the customer, they cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except in certain circumstances such as if the product is damaged or spoiled upon arrival. This policy is common with perishable items like meat, as returning them may pose health risks or logistical challenges. It's important for customers to carefully review the terms and conditions regarding returns before making a purchase, especially when dealing with perishable goods.

Please note that the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within seven working days.

Please note that there are specific cases where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:

  • Incomplete order
  • Item returned in a condition not as originally received, including damage or missing parts not due to our error
  • Item returned more than two days after delivery
