Indulge in the mouthwatering flavors of perfectly Grilled Chuck Steak, seasoned with garlic and finished with a rich and creamy butter sauce. This recipe will take your steak game to a whole new level!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds chuck steak
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chuck steak generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the steak on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the remaining minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it against the grain into thin strips.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the sliced steak and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the juicy and flavorful chuck steak!
