About us
A little about my story, I have become a butcher assistant after being a chef background and I have always wanted to know more about meats in general especially all the cuts.
I cannot thank enough to Mr. Andrew Lewis which is my mentor and his wife Mrs. Jane Lewis, to provide me an opportunity to work with them and later on have the privilege to become an owner of a butcher shop.
Without forgetting the great work from a pretty much family members -
Mr. Jackson Pires which is my brother, also Joseph Pires my son and a good friend Mr. Francisco Neto.
It has been a wonderful experience in all aspect and learning from it everyday.
Also A huge Thanks to all of my customers to give us the support to keep on going.
